It depends on the venue and event. Research your event's bag policy to see if hydration backpacks are allowed. For events that allow them, our bags usually do not need to be clear.

Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two total pockets — one for the reservoir and one additional pocket.

As of February 2025, hydration backpacks like ours are allowed at major festivals including EDC, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and more.

Note: NFL and college football stadiums typically enforce strict clear bag policies — our backpacks will not be allowed. MLB stadiums vary by ballpark.

As cute and versatile as you! We love wearing ours to music festivals and raves, on hikes and long walks, while sightseeing, for winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, and even on the pickleball courts. Wear yours wherever your adventures take you — it won't clash with your outfit. ;)

Yes — every backpack includes a hydration bladder. We also sell extra bladders if you need a replacement or want a spare.

Our black & white Hotter Hauter Water Bags (V2) come with a mouthpiece cover. Our pink backpack (V1) does not — you can add a mouthpiece cover to your order if you'd like one.

We no longer sell our V1 backpack. V2 is an upgraded version with more durable fabric, updated zipper pullers, an anti-theft zipper on the back pocket, a mouthpiece cover, and two rings on the front for customization.

We ship to the United States (including AK & HI) and Canada. Subscribe to our emails or follow @hauterwater on Instagram for updates on new countries. Read more in our shipping policy.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed after 12 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

We ship within the US via UPS, with delivery in 1–7 business days depending on your shipping option at checkout. Weather or carrier delays may occasionally happen.

Once we ship, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order through the chat widget on our site.

You have 1 hour from when your order is placed to cancel or make changes. After that, we're unable to modify orders as they may already be processing.

Cancel or edit immediately after checkout, in your customer account, or through your order confirmation email. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If tracking shows your package in transit, contact the carrier for updates.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, allow up to 3 business days, then email support@hauterwater.com. Check with neighbors, family, roommates, or building management too. Lost merchandise is handled case-by-case.

We hope you love your Hauter Water Bag! If you're not entirely satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to start a return. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Your order number is required.
