Thank you for shopping with Hauter! If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Your order number is required for all returns.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. You will be promptly notified about the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or the original method of payment. The timeframe for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with further instructions on where to send the item.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hauterwater.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
