What is the Hauter Water Bag?

The Hauter Water Bag is the first cute AND functional hydration backpack out there! We designed it with style in mind but kept the details that make hydration backpacks practical. Our intention is for you to wear your backpack on all of your adventures while matching your aesthetic.

What fits in the Hauter Water Bag?

Will the Hauter Water Bag pass bag policies?

It is dependent on the venue and event you are attending. Please research your event's bag policies to see if hydration backpacks are allowed. For events that allow hydration backpacks, they usually do not need to be clear, and our bags clear security protocols. If the policy reads as follows, our backpacks should pass:

Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two total pockets. One for the reservoir and one additional pocket.

As of February 2025, hydration backpacks like ours are allowed at major festivals:

• Insomniac Festivals: EDC, Beyond, Apocalypse, Escape
• AEG Festivals: Coachella, Electric Forest, Portola, Decadence
• Other Major Festivals: Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits

If your event is at an NFL or college football stadium, our backpacks will not be allowed because these organizations employ a uniform and strict clear bag policy. MLB stadiums do not have a uniform bag policy, and it is determined by the individual ballpark.

How do I wear my Hauter Water Bag?

Our hydration backpack is as cute and versatile as you! We love wearing our Hauter Water Bag to music festivals and raves, on hikes and long walks, while sightseeing, for winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, and even on the pickleball courts. Wear yours wherever your adventures take you, and know that our bag won’t clash with your outfit. ;)

Where do you ship to?

As of January 2025, we ship only to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time (we hope to soon!) Please read more about our shipping policy here.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your new Hauter Water Bag! That being said, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please read more about our return policy here.
