Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States via UPS, with delivery times ranging from 1-7 business days, depending on the selected shipping option at checkout. Unexpected delays due to factors like weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Shipping & Tracking
We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Once your order begins processing, youβll receive a separate email with tracking information. Please note that carriers may take time to update tracking details. Once the package is handed to the carrier, Hauter is not responsible for delivery times or any transit issues.
Estimated shipping times at checkout are approximations and may vary due to carrier-related delays beyond our control. Due to government clearance procedures, orders shipped to APO/FPO military addresses may experience extended transit times.
Carrier Delays & Missing Packages
While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery is subject to carrier operations. If your tracking shows the package in transit, please contact the carrier for updates.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery before contacting us at support@hauterwater.com. Check with neighbors, family, roommates, or building management to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them. Replacement of lost merchandise is handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
