  • Hot/warm water
  • Dish soap
  • Clean toothbrush

  1. Detach the mouthpiece and hose from the hydration bladder.
  2. Separate the hard black piece from the rubber outer piece of the mouthpiece.
  3. Soak both pieces in a container of hot water with a drop of dish soap.
  4. While soaking, rinse the water bladder with warm water.
  5. Add a drop of dish soap, fill the bladder halfway with warm water, seal, and shake.
  6. Empty and rinse thoroughly with warm water, then air dry.
  7. Rinse the hydration hose with warm water and let it air dry.
  8. After soaking, scrub the mouthpiece pieces with a toothbrush, rinse, and air dry.
