Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Your order number is required for all returns. Our return policy is subject to change without notice.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. You will be promptly notified about the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or the original method of payment. The timeframe for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@hauterwater.com or fill out the form under the β€œContact Us” page. Provide us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on where to send the item.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hauterwater.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Canceling or Editing Orders

You have 1 hour from the time your order is placed to cancel or make changes. After that window, we're unable to modify or cancel orders as they may already be in processing.Β You can cancel or edit your order immediately after checkout, in your customer account, or through your order confirmation email.

If you cancel your order, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
